Company & Community Update: COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers remains our top priority. We are currently open for business, but understandably operating under enhanced health & safety parameters.

We are closely monitoring the situation around the world and reacting appropriately to guidelines set fourth from the W.H.O., Public Health Agency of Canada and local community Health unit. We have taken measures to manage the virus’ impact by following their guidance.

These measures include:

Remote Work We have advised employees and contractors to work from home where possible. Our account representatives will work closely with our clients and serve as point of contact during this crisis. Those with responsibilities that require them to be on-site to support the mission-critical efforts of our customers have received more information about performing their duties during this time.

Restricted Travel Employees have been instructed to avoid domestic and international air travel unless it is business-critical, and all air travel requires leadership approval.

Avoiding Large In-Person Meetings and Gatherings Employees have been asked to avoid attending large in-person meetings and gatherings. Our staff will utilize video-conferencing tools to stay productive and connected with colleagues, partners and customers.

Extra Hygiene Measures We are implementing additional cleaning procedures at our facilities and continue to share guidance from public health authorities to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Service Continuity Planning

We are committed to supporting our customers during this time. Although, our service team remains available at this time for support, our response time will be impacted as we prepare and screen each request prior to dispatching. The health and safety of our support team is paramount and our service team will assess and attempt to assist our clients via conference first and foremost followed by site visit if cannot be resolved. Our service team will take the necessary precautions while onsite while adhering to our clients protocols. Our service levels already in place are being reviewed and expanded to ensure we can continue to operate and meet the needs of our customers. We encourage our customers to plan ahead and contact us with questions.

Sincerely,

Rey Boucher
